Had a phone interview which was fairly easy, and in person interview a week later. Met with the marketing team which were friendly and asked extensive questions about marketing background and e-mail marketing background. Made me write an email with the topic given by them. Seemed like they were very impressed and said they would let me know in less than a week .. never got back even after multiple follow ups. I was very unimpressed don't make people drive so far and use up their time to not even receive a courtesy email. Makes your company look very unprofessional!
