The Interview process was pretty lengthy and lasted roughly 6 months. To be fair, I was in a unique position though as I did not apply for a formal job, but more or less learned about the company, really liked the opportunity it presented and how it was a natural fit for my professional skills and interests. Due to this, I worked to stay in consistent communication with the senior leadership until a situation occurred where it was a viable win-win to be brought on board as a consultant.
