Three separate interviews, last one was over Skype. Interviewed in person with of manager, then with division manager. Finally with training director. Process was pretty smooth but it took a long time.

Efficient and straightforward interview process.
1. First interview was later in the week that I met the recruiter at a campus career fair. Consisted of questions such as where I saw myself in five years, and some basic mental math questions (eg. what is 18% of 150.
2. Second interview was a conversation based meeting with a middle manager. Basically talked about the company’s structure and culture of the program.
