The firs part of the interview reviewed the company culture where he described the company structure as taking the corporate pyramid and turning it upside down. Company is private and prefers profit sharing to bonuses. The 2nd part( 30 minutes) was the technical interview/ coding challenge. He shared his screen for both the sql and c# parts and I talked as he wrote the code
