Met at a college career fair, talked with the regional manager and interviewed the next day. The first interview was basic situational and behavioral questions. At the end of the interview I took a wonderlic exam.

Efficient and straightforward interview process.
1. First interview was later in the week that I met the recruiter at a campus career fair. Consisted of questions such as where I saw myself in five years, and some basic mental math questions (eg. what is 18% of 150.
2. Second interview was a conversation based meeting with a middle manager. Basically talked about the company’s structure and culture of the program.

Fairly basic, asked questions more about where I see myself in the future instead of previous experience. Problem solving questions at the end that were not applicable to the role. Laid back experience, nice enough guy interviewing me
