I met a recruiter at a job fair and interviewed the next day. The interview was pretty casual and the recruiter was friendly. The interview lasted for 30 minutes and was mainly over behavioral and personality type questions.

Efficient and straightforward interview process.
1. First interview was later in the week that I met the recruiter at a campus career fair. Consisted of questions such as where I saw myself in five years, and some basic mental math questions (eg. what is 18% of 150.
2. Second interview was a conversation based meeting with a middle manager. Basically talked about the company’s structure and culture of the program.
