Interview process was very relaxed and not uptight at all. Applied online and was contacted via email to set up phone screening within a few days. In-person interview was scheduled for 2 days after phone screening. I interviewed with a total a 3 people and everyone is very down to earth and gave a thorough overview of what the job entails. Interview consisted of the usual questions you can expect from any job interview.

First I had a phone interview with a recruiter, then I had an in-person interview with the same recruiter and then with the manager for the role I was interviewing for. They were both very nice, but they did ask quite a few personal questions (I was in the process of moving to the city and they asked where I would be living, if I knew many people in Charlotte, what my boyfriend did for a living, if I would drive or take the light rail to work, etc.). After my in-person interview I never heard back from the recruiter I had been in contact with or the company at all. I sent a follow-up email the day after the interview and contacted the recruiter again 3 weeks after the interview and she never replied.
