Phone call with HR, then flown in for a half day series of interviews with four of the people the role would interact with, as well as a discipline expert.
The interview process is pretty basic. Folks are Super friendly and the process is average. Several rounds with a few folks for each round. Happy to report interview process not filled with convoluted human resource questions.
The first part of the interview you might be asked Tell me about yourself. Depending on how long the interview time is , the interview will consist of about 5 STAR interview questions.
