The interview process was long and detailed, involving six rounds in total — two virtual and four in-person. The interviewers were knowledgeable and professional, and the discussions covered both technical and behavioral aspects. However, after completing all rounds and even meeting with senior leadership, I didn’t receive any updates for nearly four months before finally getting a rejection. The lack of communication made the experience frustrating despite the positive interactions during the interviews.

Recruiter contacted out of the blue and scheduled a 4 person 2 hour interview with the DA team. Was a little condescending in her scheduling implying I did not know how to use MS teams and flooded my inbox with 8 emails within 10 minutes. For the actual interviews, felt like I smashed them for the short notice and was told by three of the four interviewers that I would be a good fit. Contacted the recruiter a week after to ask if there were any updates and was met with an OOO. After following up again I never got a response from the team. Felt like I was interviewed last minute to hit a quota and they already had a candidate in mind. No response from the recruiting team
