Three full interviews with the office manager, the attorneys I would be working with and finally with one of the executive attorneys, Jared Giddens. It did take awhile to schedule all of the interviews, but was an overall easy process.

The interview process consisted of one phone interview with HR from the home office, and then a second interview on site in Arkansas. It was short and very positive. I received an offer the next day.
