I applied online for the special education position. I was contacted via email then phone for a person to person interview. I was not interviewed via computer self interview like many others . I traveled to Harrisburg for my job interview. Interview consisted of a panel of 3 special education directors asked round robin questions.

I had to upload a recording of myself answering a prompt. You're able to preview it before submitting. I dont like doing videos, so this was awkward for me. I believe you have to do 2. You are given a deadline to submit your videos by.

They were so nice and informative. Best interview process I have had. I enjoyed doing the online questions before the interview process as well. I was less nervous and gave me a ch car to really think about my answers.
