Smooth and I was assisted thoroughly with the process. It took me almost 2 weeks because if was during holiday season. And on the Job Offer they provided me with a higher offer than my asking.

I had a very disappointing experience with the recruitment process. After completing my interviews, the recruiter, Aimee Celina, informed me that I had passed and that they were already drafting my job offer letter. Naturally, I felt hopeful and waited for the next steps.
However, after that conversation, I never heard from her again. I even made an effort to follow up, but she did not respond at all. Being left without any update after being told to expect an offer is extremely frustrating and unprofessional.
Clear and timely communication is a basic expectation in any hiring process, and unfortunately, this experience did not meet that standard.
