Don't waste time interviewing with this company. Worst process and lengthy interviews. HR won't pick up calls during the interview process as always that person will be on PTO (that's the lame reason they give for avoiding calls) After interviews, they will make us wait for an unreliable time and continuously ghost us before sending a pathetic rejection email (even after doing interviews so well) Why pathetic rejection email? - As far as my experience with interviews which went well, they still rejected me. They have mentioned due to privacy concerns we can not give feedback. What is the privacy concern here? Also particularly note that's why they avoided the calls and sent this lame email. I am glad they didn't select me can't imagine working with a company that has the worst culture.
