Fair and thorough. Very typical of a Sales interview process, but to different lengths to ensure I was the right person. They were also very open and receptive to my requests for talking with various people outside of the normal interview process.

Typical territory sales interview questions. Lots of trying to understand culture fit as well.
4 round stage
HR manager (admin vetting) -> direct manager -> sales leader -> country leader and colleagues.
Mostly focused around sales process, attitude, and character rather than applied knowledge of Confluent's technology
Brief interview process. Management seems stale. A little undercooked. Needs some seasoning. They seem to miss the mark on the type of questions that they ask and seem very egocentric whenever interviewing.
Process was great. The managers really knew their stuff and asked in depth, thought out questions. Come prepared. Have to do a presentation as well as the 4th round. All in all it was a great process. I really respected the knowledge of the managers, and thought that they did a really good job guiding me.
