After applying online, I heard back from the HR to schedule a telephonic interview. The first interview was an algorithmic interview - 30 mins. After a couple of weeks, the next round was scheduled which lasted longer - one algorithmic problem followed by one system design problem.

The interview went well. Got an email for the interview from HR. After submitting the availability, had a technical round in which 2 engineers gave a coding question. I explained my approach and submitted the working code. After that, I submitted a questionnaire from HR in which I wanted sponsorship. 2 days later I was rejected.
