I was invited to an interview after a 30 minute phone interview. The in person interview lasted about 2 hours. I was asked to prepare a presentation about a project I had done or a topic I found interesting. After the interview, I got a call a few hours later with an offer. It was one of the fastest turn around times I'd encountered at any engineering company.
