I applied on-line for the position on a job posting site which referred me to the Conestoga website. A few weeks later I had a telephone interview with the President wherein we discussed my background and experience. I was instructed to go to the parent company's website to re-apply and agree to a background check in their system. Weeks later I was asked for and provided references. I was interviewed at its office by the President, 3 in-house counsel and a person from the parent company's Human Resources Dept. The regional title insurance company's headquarters is in Lancaster and the office has the feel of a small law firm.
