Interview process took a bit of time, but it was pretty straight forward and relaxed. Any questions I ask was answered. It didn't feel intimidating or overwhelming. The first interview was with a person, but the second interview was with a different person. Both seemed around the same amount of friendliness. It did take some time after the interview to get a job offer, to get equipment, and I believe my start date was a month later. But all in all, they were pretty open about the onboarding process in the interview along with other expectations.
