I was interviewed by a very knowledgeable professional kind patient individual they truly wanted to understand what my strengths and work experiences were I felt truly honored to be asked all these questions it felt very good the whole experience

First it was a phone interview, very basic and expected questions. Then they followed with an in-person interview, which was done in a group format. You could tell they were pretty desperate for employees, as I believe they extended offers to nearly everyone that showed up. The interviews felt like they existed mostly to confirm that you're not a psychopath.
