The entire interview process was by video or phone call. The recruiters were very straight forward and kind, however it’s important to show to them you have some type of billing/customer service experience.
Normally the 2nd interview is the offer letter itself.

Very to the point, and they actually read my resume and didn't ask questions they already knew. Extremely friendly support staff that took the time to know me and meet other key essential figures before the hire.
