The interview was aimed at understanding candidate's skills in handling customer communications and governance. This was a very good interview to miss. And an even better interview to forget. Now you are asking me to write so much I know nothing of.
Typical interview stages. Start with the intro and work your way up. The process is very slow. I suggest having a lot of examples and work experience. You can also negotiate the offer depending on experience.

Interviews were scheduled pretty quickly. Very comfortable atmosphere for the 1st and 2nd interviews. After the 1st interview was completed they provided detailed next steps and followed through with them as described.

The interview process overall is which is a good indication of how it will be working there. From the time of application to interview only about 2-3 weeks. Very responsive/informative and left wondering about next steps, etc.
