Behavioral Interview: tell me about a time when you were challenged in your job. Tell me about a time when your job required you to add a new skill that was difficult. Name the situation, the task at hand, the way you handled it and the outcome. The interview was with a manager in the area of the company.

I was contacted by a recruiter at the company to set up a time for an in-person interview. There was no phone screen. The only interview for this position was an in-person interview. The interview did not start on time. I waited at the elevator area as instructed in the email and someone else had to find my interviewer for me. I waited 10 minutes for my interviewer to be tracked down. When I met my interviewer, I was asked what I know about the position because to be clear, this was a CALL CENTER type of job which the job description did not mention clearly so it is a little misleading in that sense. This was also a project-based job, so the role is only for a set duration of time, which the job description is not clearly mention. The interview questions they asked were a little insulting because it was mainly to see if you voluntarily left the last couple places you worked at as if they have strong reason for such distrust when you're actually way overqualified for a call center representative role. It felt degrading and disgusting. I did not have a good impression of the workers there judging by the way everyone walked around the office so slowly taking their time.
