I believe this is a ghost job and the employer wasted my time. The recruiter reached out to me then interviewed me for the position. The interview went very well, she expressed that she was impressed with how much I prepared. I have significantly more experience and education than required, including an MBA in this exact subject. They later told me they went with other candidates (which is understandable) but they have reposted the job multiple times. LinkedIn says hundreds of people are applying, so they have candidates, I just don't think they have the intention of hiring anyone. When I asked about the timing to fill the role, they said they would have an in-person interview at a time when the entire office was working remotely, which was another sign they were not intending on hiring anyone.
