Fast paste, super nice HR lady. However, the process is super weird. They ask for your information for background check prior to giving you the offer letter (a verbal offer was given prior). HR and legal consultant have no clue when it comes to hiring foreign talents, offer letter given 4 days after the company knowing candidate needs sponsorship, then put the offer on hold because they have no clue what they are doing, finally, took the offer back after 10 days saying that they decided to move forward with someone else.
