There are 4 rounds of interview where the first round is taken by the recruiter which is basically a formal questions which they want to check and the second round would be a online interview with team leader which has lasted around 1 hour with all the technical questions. Since I have answered all the technical questions they have requested for an in-person interview in texas for 3 hours interview where first 1and half is for coding test and next half is a group discussion between the team leader and architect where they have asked all about my previous experience and technical questions and some scenario based questions. I have even qualified this round and finally they have requested for an in-person interview with director which has lasted around 1 and half hour with all the technical and some scenario based questions which is related to the management level. Once all these rounds has been completed, when i have reached out to recruiter then he has mentioned that there are no candidates other than you who has qualified the process. We will process your offer and get you onboarded. Since i am waiting for those replies and suddenly after 4 days recruiter had called me and told me that they cannot offer me a offer right now and he put down his phone directly and blocked me which is totally unfair.
