Phone outreach, in person interview, background/drug test and mechanical apptitiude test to determine start pay. Take practice test before hand. It helps a lot. Don't be surprised if you score well to take some hate from the haters.

Entrevista
I was interviewed by 3 of my department supervisors. They asked a bunch of questions pertaining to maintenance. They also asked about my prior experience and we talked about my experiences for most of the interview.
