First interview was a phone interview that was pretty much just a review of your resume, where you want to be in 5 years, etc. basic interview questions. Second was face to face with the Service center manager and was more in depth of training, previous jobs and qualifications. Honestly, having been on both sides of those interviews they know within 10 minutes of meeting you if you will get the job or not. The only negative I faced was that I did my first interview right before they did a hiring freeze. So that is why it took so long.

Heard about the position through Brigham Young Universities career services. I originally emailed my information directly to the Service Center Manager, but he also told me to fill out the application online. I got a call the next day to set up an interview for the following week. I was jointly interviewed by the Service Center Manager and the HR representative at the center. The interview took about 45 minutes. I have not yet heard back on whether I got the position or not.
