It was a mostly behavioral interview asking situational questions to see what you would do in certain situations. There were also logical questions to see your train of thought but nothing technical.

The i review was done by 2 people. It was scripted. Questions were atraighforward. Company policies, integrity, work ethic, previous employment, etc. interview was easy. It was conducted by two supervisors.

The Con Edison interview process can be tough. The process is long as there are multiple rounds of interviews. Additionally, there are long wait times to hear back from hiring managers. There is also an expectation to have a great deal of knowledge even in entry level positions.
