Applied online and got an invitation to take the test within the same month. The test took place a month after I received the email. It's 5 parts. Basically a harder version of the online study guide. I failed it the first time, then received an email 2 months later informing me that was asked to come back and take the test.

Entrevista
The interview was long and in-depth but covered things that seemed like appropriate gauges for the role's expectations. Be prepared to show your best face and customer friendliness. Make it clear that you can separate business from personal.
Interview Process was pretty easy and straight to the point. Questions asked were pretty much scenario based questions. The interview was with two people each asking you one scenario at a time. Wasn’t difficult. Just think before responding and you shall be good.

Entrevista
The interview process was pretty lengthy. During the interview, the majority of the questions were scenario related. The other portions were about prior experience with customer service. Certain questions were harder than others, but an overall good experience.
