The interview process at CSI is very comfortable. The interview was not extremely stressful like many I have been through. Most questions focus on related experience and education and some behavioral questions of how I handled or would handle typical situations that come up on the job. Then the hiring process was very smooth. Overall, a very pleasant experience.
