You and a few other candidates sit in an open room watching (and hearing) the interviews of others. you walk in and sit in the designated area until your name is called. when your name is called the first time then you present your resume if you didnt already submit it online. after they ask you questions as they speed through your resume. once that is done they will give you a sheet to fill out . once you fill it out your place it in the next stack and take a set and wait for your name to be called again. the second set of interviewers verify if you know enough or if you are trainable to learn what they want you to learn.
