My process was started by a Kin + Carta recruiter that reached out for the position. First round was an initial phone screen (non technical) with the recruiter. Then a take home assessment (given 48 hours to complete). Then final round was a 1 hour pair programming session and a 45 minute technical chat with a senior engineer.
