I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2+ months due to the holiday season. Once the regular business days resumed, I interviewed at Computer Aided Technology (Buffalo Grove, IL) in mid-late January and started early February. Though a long process, I was well informed about all the steps and what the next steps to come. It was a great experience meeting so many of the employees (future coworkers) and the management/owners. CATI is a small/medium size business with amazing company culture and benefits. Meeting with a lot of people in the interview process with really insures a nice fit with the company. (Also really makes you eager to join too) I enjoy puzzles and games and I considered this a process but worth while one. You have to be prepared, polished and honest to succeed in this challenging process. If you join on, just know you have found a home for the next 5 to 10 years.
