      Solicitud

Envié una solicitud electrónica. El proceso duró 6 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en CompuPay (Miramar, FL) en feb 2009

      Entrevista

I applied online and filled out the forms. I was called in for an interview with the manager. The first thing I noticed was the amount of security in the building, which is a factor these days. then I noticed that there were a lot of people and they were all smiling and friendly. I was told to wait for the manager and sat in a soft chair for maybe 15 minutes, which was OK because I had to fill out papers. She came in all smiles and exuding friendliness. She took me to her office in the phone room and talked to me about my experience, what I looked for in a job, my skills and my life in general. We talked and even laughed together. At the end she told me what was expected of me and how the hiring process worked. They had to do background and employment and reference checks. Then she introduced me to the other workers who told me all about the job and the company and how happy they were. After 2 weeks I was told to start work.

      Preguntas de entrevista [1]

      Pregunta 1

What my ratio of sales to calls was. In the telemarketing field it is difficult to assign a value to your successes because often there is a time lag between calls and results. It is a numbers game; where the more you call -the more sales you get; but often not immediate results.
