Interviewed with the CEO, he seems to be nice and very relax interview, but just like other Chinese firm, they just ask you directly if you are married or not & any kids during interview. This is very totally unprofessional. Anyways, during the interview, he seems uncertain about their "new" business model that recently changed, it became a "market place" style which carry no physical inventory, so only providing a platform for reseller to sell on their site by deal base and he mentioned basically this position will be on your own to find deals & merchants (maybe cold calls) and get a low salary paid and commission (like a sales job?).... So at the end of the interview, I feel like he doesn't want me to quit my current job and work for them since he mentioned he can't match or get close to what I'm currently making...
