There were two rounds of interviews. Both interviews were in depth and showed the company took good measures to ensure the right candidates are selected for the job. Company is willing to train and hire those with minimal experience that are looking to join the ABA field.

With the interview I sent in my resume got a phone call to setup a zoom interview. Went through my interview than since I wasn't certified I had to do a 40 hour course and complete it in order to do in class training.
