Job was posted on Craigslist, I got an email from the boss's wife who also handles a bit of the admin jobs, she scheduled me for an interview. I came in, talked with her and 1 of the doctors there, great conversation. Then 2-3 days later they called me back for 2nd interview. This time I met with the office manager and another doctor. Great conversation, told me I didn't have much experience so they kept that in mind. 2-3 days later the office manager called me and offered me the job.
