Entrevista
The hiring manager just reviewed my resume and asked me about my experience. No weird or irrelevant questions.
Everyone was very friendly at the NJ office I interviewed at. The interviewer was pleasant and outgoing. This is important for people like me who get very nervous during interviews.
The interviewer was also very upfront about what the job entails (traveling to different counties, coverage, etc. That's a good thing to do because I've been on interviews where info like that is hidden then sprung on me after I already accepted the job.
Overall the interview process was positive and the company seems like it would be a great place to work for. I don't think I will be offered the position (due to no hospice experience) but would have accepted if I was offered it.

Applied online -> was contacted by HR -> took a ridiculous hour long test online that included problem solving, riddles, questions about personality -> in-person interview -> called twice two weeks after to follow-up but nurse manager was "busy" or "not there at the time" - very unprofessional.
