Pretty straight forward. If you’re passionate about the work, answer honestly, you’re good. Work is tough but fulfilling. Interviewers could be more honest about the dirty parts of the job. You can tell the long-timers are real down for the cause and support their team. Definitely some rotten apples in executive leadership, and whatever is going on with the Lutheran affiliation. DEI interview question was weird, timid, and disappointing during a time like this.
