Entrevista
I met with 4 different staff members who asked me a variety of questions about my interest and experience related to this work. They each spent a half hour with me, though 2 of the staff members went at one time, so it was about an hour and a half.
Very quick. Applied online, got a call the next day from the HR recruiter, then set up a phone interview. After this, interviewed with directors of the program, and the higher up boss. Very straightforward questions-- felt like they were eager to hire new folks.
