Easy process; phone screening and then interview with several staff members. Took about a week in total from initial contact to getting an offer. Recruiter was always reachable and responsive.

Included one phone conversation with hiring manager for 45 minutes and another Zoom interview for 1.5 hours with multiple different team members, including directors and group therapy staff. Hiring manager mentioned that on-site visits may be included in interview process, but I was not asked to complete one.

We occasionally conduct onsite interviews, but with a newly established virtual team and increasing capabilities with our technical platforms, it’s not uncommon for us to hold entirely virtual interviews as you mentioned.
