They held an open interview day and had interviewees line up and divide into lines based on what area of service they were interviewing for. The waiting took over an hour despite being early. When I reached the front of the line I was directed to one of several interviewers who asked about my work ethic, if I had ever worked before and also to see my passport to show I was legally allowed to work there. I was then immediately offered the job on the spot and invited to the mandatory training day.
