I was asked a few question regarding what was on my CV, told a little about the place and then shown around where i would work if i got offered the post. About a week later i got an email offering me the post as i was the best person fitted for the post.

It is not too strict, is good opportunity for students looking for part time job. It is very important the personal presentation due to the kitchen sanitary regulations. The main question is why do you want to work there.
