Quick and poor. I did my interview when I arrive in UK, and during the interviews the questions asked where poor and there was a lack of communication. The job wasn't fully explained and you felt like they gave up to you just because they were too understaffed

Lots of questions about my goals. Long term and short term. Long interview. How well i can manage crowd. What's my attitude with customers. Many competency based questions. HAd to give examples for the situations and how i handled them.

Very smooth and accommodating. The interviewer was friendly and made me feel comfortable during the process by keeping me informed and trying to work around my schedule. I felt the interview process was very well organised.
