Pretty standard interview for the most part. Was contacted for a short phone interview, then an in person interview. Drug screening and background check. All of this probably took about 3 weeks total.
Lots of questions about my goals. Long term and short term. Long interview. How well i can manage crowd. What's my attitude with customers. Many competency based questions. HAd to give examples for the situations and how i handled them.

Very smooth and accommodating. The interviewer was friendly and made me feel comfortable during the process by keeping me informed and trying to work around my schedule. I felt the interview process was very well organised.
