Other agents in your market that you have done transactions with whom work for the company will be asked about their experience with you. There is a minimum production level requirement to be considered. This all takes place prior to you being contacted. The interview is a get to know you and tell you about the company.
The whole process was seamless, and professional, I met with 3 people on different teams and the head of sales. Everyone was professional and engaging. I had two rounds in person.
