Worst hiring process.
They have taken six rounds of interview including karat then they came back saying that They can not give the band which I interviewed for and downleveled me.
After that HR has committed to some other TC and final offer was way below that number.
I would advice others not to waste your time, they will lowball you once they know you are not from faang.

After applying, I got a call from the recruiter for initial phone screen, it went very well and she told me that I should expect an email with the next steps soon. I never recieved any email from her. I followed up couple of time, but she did not revert back.

Una entrevista con RRHH, una con el engineering manager y un live coding de DSA. No era en una plataforma asi que no se corría el código contra tests predefinidos.
Had a fairly simple technical screen, medium leetcode question. For full loop they had 2 system design and 2 coding along with a behavioral. I was rejected because they were looking for more experience. They were very fast with the results
