I found the tone of the email, and of the interview, to be off. I was made to feel as if I was inconveniencing them. Perhaps I was interviewed to fill a quota, but I found it to be a negative experience from start to finish.

Basic interview questions: What do you know about the company, tell me about a time...., why do you want to work here?
Intense for what the job is.. 3 rounds are not necessary. If you have customer service skills you can do this job. It's entry level - they act like you are a C-suite executive.

Very lengthy process with a lot of behavioral based questions. Be sure to have a base knowledge on real estate and the industry itself. It would also help to have a customer success background.

Tell me a time when you had to calm down an upset individual?
I had 4 interviews. Very long and tedious process. Most employees had at least 4 interviews as well and I think a couple had 5. There were all very customer service/real estate based questions but why so many interviews?
