The interview process was very efficient and fast-paced. I spoke with the recruiter and over the next 8 days, had three additional interviews. The recruiter was helpful with scheduling and prep too.

Compass, you seem like a very desirable company to work for but your recruiting process is very unprofessional. One interviewee didn't show to a scheduled video call. Recruiter(s) completely ghosted after I went through four rounds of interviews and sent multiple followup emails.

The interview process was well conducted by the recruiter. However after 3 interviews totaling at about 6 hours of my time; I was ghosted. This is so unprofessional and disappointing. I was considering moving across the country for this job and they ghosted me. If you can't tell, I'm very frustrated.
