Stay Away....
If you look at the interview experience for this particular role you'll see that everyone had the same horrible experience.
I was contacted via LinkedIn through he recruiter who was actually very nice, moved on to one of the other folks in the role who was also very nice and then the Manager of the role and this is where it crashed.
They use Bluejeans for their video app, and it both cases it never worked. He asked me about the dashboard information that was sent to me which never was and he interrupted me at least 4 times while answering a question he asked. They interview rating is so low but he wasn't willing to discuss that and had already made up his mind before the interview started and had not looked at my resume.
If you don't want to interview someone just don't...I never got any feedback and while Compass is growing I still don't see them as a competitor to the other Real Estate organizations. Terrible interview experience,

Felt similar to another SGM interview I read on Glassdoor. Had one call with recruiter and felt like I was just a number to boost number of people interviewed for the position.

I was told it was a 4-5 interview process. I completed an introductory interview with the main recruiter for the department. He prepped me for the second interview. I was prepared to speak very specifically about the requirements of the position but unfortunately the head of the department did not ask me anything about my knowledge of the product and steered the conversation away from it when I attempted to display how my experience would fit the position. I wasn’t offered a second interview despite being uniquely qualified.

Recruiter reached out to me several times. On our call she immediately prefaced the call with "Well this wont take long at all" and sounded like she was speed reading through a job description. Then she asked to learn a little about my background. After I shared about my bg, no questions were asked and was told that she will share the information with the hiring people and will get back to me. I don't even think I was able to say Bye as she hung up so quick. I've been in recruiting and staffing for many years and this was the most unprofessional recruiter I've spoken to. She sounded impatient and just trying to get her numbers in. I was honestly so shocked.

No questions were asked about me, what I'm looking for, no follow up questions on my experience, background, etc. It was a complete waste of my time, but at least it wasn't a 30 min call because she was right - it didnt take long about a 9 minute phone call.
